Depozza Labs is the data controller for personal data processed through Facet. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (email, login credentials) — to create your account and sync saves (contract performance).
• Game progress and settings — to provide the Service and cloud saves (contract performance).
• Purchase status (subscription state, not card details) — to grant Premium (contract performance).
• Usage data, device identifiers and IP address — for security, fraud prevention, advertising for free users and product improvement (legitimate interests or consent where required).
• Messages you send to the in-game coach or support — to answer you (contract performance).

Who we share data with

• Service providers such as hosting, database, AI and analytics providers.
• Stripe, our payment provider, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Advertising partners (Google AdMob) for free users.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA/UK. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority. We respond within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential local storage to keep your session, progress and settings. Free users may see ads that use advertising identifiers; you can manage these in your device settings.
