These terms govern your use of Facet (the "Service"), a collection of puzzle games operated by Depozza Labs ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with Depozza Labs. By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Facet offers free puzzle games supported by ads, and an optional Premium subscription that removes ads, enables offline play, unlocks all themes and adds in-game benefits.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your country or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use of the Service, fraud or spam.
- No infringement of intellectual property rights.
- No interference with security: malware, probing, scraping or circumventing limits.
- No reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the Service.
Intellectual property
Depozza Labs retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, artwork, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal purposes.
Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. For eligible orders Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record, handling payment, billing, taxes, renewal, transaction support and refunds; those orders show LINK.COM* on your bank statement. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
Service level
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim all implied warranties.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law forbids it.
