Refund Policy

Depozza Labs offers a 14-day refund period. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Email Depozza Labs at support@depozza.com with the email you used at checkout and we'll sort it out. Orders where Stripe acted as Merchant of Record show LINK.COM* on your bank statement.

Subscriptions

You can cancel Premium at any time; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Refunds requested within 14 days of a charge follow the policy above.
